What we automate

Three jobs your team shouldn't be doing by hand.

It works inside the tools you already use — your email, your ERP or TMS, your shared drives. Nobody has to learn a new platform.

01

Documents & paperwork

Invoices, bills of lading, work orders, permits — read, checked and entered into your system. When something is unclear, a person decides; nothing is guessed.

02

Answers from your own files

An assistant that knows your manuals, contracts and procedures — and shows where each answer came from, so your team can trust it.

03

Inbound email & requests

Booking requests, quotes, complaints, change orders — sorted, summarized and sent to the right person, with a draft reply ready to approve.

close-out of maintenance work orders
The problem
Mechanics wrote paper work orders; two clerks re-entered around 900 a month into the maintenance system, often days late.
What we built
Phone photos of work orders are read, matched to the right locomotive and filed the same day. Missing parts or signatures are flagged.

Who you'll work with

Senior people in Montréal. No account managers in between.

The people on your first call are the people building your system. We meet on site when it helps — the best automation ideas come from watching the work.

FAQ

Asked on every first call.

We don't have an AI team. Is that a problem?

No. You supply the documents, the access and someone who knows how the process works today. We do the rest.

Our documents are messy — scans, handwriting, French and English.

That's normal — it's what we work with every day. Send us a sample, including the worst ones, and we'll tell you what can be automated reliably.

Will it work with our existing systems?

We connect to what you run — ERP, TMS, PMS, accounting, email — instead of asking you to switch.

Will this replace people on our team?

It takes the re-typing, sorting and chasing off their plate, so they spend their time on work that needs judgment. A person stays in control of every decision that matters.

What does a pilot cost?

Pilots start from CAD $9,500. The exact price is fixed in writing after we've seen your documents, and it doesn't change.
